7. Limitation of Liability

Party

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google, Meta Ads). We are not responsible for their policies, changes, or disruptions. You must also comply with their terms of use.

9. Termination

  • Payments are overdue

  • You breach these Terms

  • Misuse of our services is detected

Either party may terminate by providing written notice.

10. Refund Policy

Our site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
